With a focus on improving decision-makers' ability to interpret and assess the validity of insights from databases, the initiative has already reviewed 112 studies, replicated 50, and is part of a larger FDA-sponsored study to validate real-world evidence against randomized controlled trials in drug development and regulatory approval.
